St. Louis, MO October 27, 2014 – The Department of Transportation awarded a 2 year EAS contract to St. Louis based airline, Air Choice One, to start serving Fort Dodge Iowa Regional Airport. Air Choice One is very excited with the decision. The Company has doubled in size in the year 2014 with this DOT decision. Air Choice One will begin service in early 2015 (exact date yet to be determined).

The air carrier has established EAS contracts in Burlington IA, Decatur IL, Ironwood MI, Jonesboro AR, and Mason City IA (service starts November 17, 2014). Air Choice One operates two hubs, one located at St. Louis Lambert International Airport and a second located at Chicago O’Hare International Airport. Fort Dodge’s commercial air service will be provided on the Cessna Grand Caravan, a top of the line turbine powered aircraft which offers plush leather seating and spacious leg room. Collectively, Air Choice One has grown their EAS cities 573%+ (from FY 09/10 – FY 13/14) and continues to seek opportunities to expand their air service throughout the Midwest.
