AIR CHOICE ONE CONTINUES TO SEE PASSENGER GROWTH IN MASON CITY, IOWA

St. Louis, MO: August 31, 2018 – Air Choice One, a St. Louis-based regional airline, continues its growth in passenger counts at Mason City Municipal Airport with its recent announcement that the carrier has set a monthly record for July, 2018. Airline officials report 1572 total passengers flew out of Mason City in July, which is a 6% increase over the same month in 2017. This represents an average of 26 passengers per day traveling on Air Choice One, a rate which allowed Mason City to qualify for its DOT waiver for the Essential Air Service program.

Since establishing service in Mason City in 2014, Air Choice One has dramatically grown enplanement numbers from just over 300 passengers per month in November, 2014 to 1572 in July, 2018. This level of passenger growth has allowed the EAS per passenger subsidy to be cut nearly in half, a major factor in Mason City’s qualification for the DOT waiver.

“The community has continued to embrace air travel with Air Choice One and support the Mason City Municipal Airport” said Shane Storz, CEO of Air Choice One. “In 2014, we knew we could improve the numbers we were facing if we worked together and re-imagined the possibilities for flights in and out of Mason City. Since that time, and due to passenger demand, we’ve had the opportunity to add flights, add Minneapolis as a hub, and truly provide first class service to the people of Mason City. We’re humbled by the hard work we’ve done together to make the record numbers we’re seeing today possible.”

Air Choice One provides direct flights from Mason City to St. Louis, MO via Fort Dodge, Burlington, and direct flights to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. The St. Louis, Minneapolis and Chicago hubs allow for connections to virtually anywhere in the world.

In addition to the trend of growing passenger counts and reducing EAS subsidies, Air Choice One has also earned a proven track record of reliability in Mason City. The airline boasts a 98% flight completion record as well as a 91% on-time departure rate. Both figures are considered above industry standards.

AIR CHOICE ONE CONTINUES TO SEE PASSENGER GROWTH IN JONESBORO, ARKANSAS

St. Louis, MO: August 31, 2018 – Air Choice One, a St. Louis-based regional airline, continues its growth in passenger counts at Jonesboro Municipal Airport with its recent announcement that the carrier has set a monthly record for July, 2018. Airline officials report 1116 total passengers flew out of Jonesboro in July, which is a 30% increase over the same month in 2017. This represents an average of 16 passengers per day traveling on Air Choice One.

Air Choice One established service in Jonesboro in 2012, facing low monthly passenger counts and high EAS subsidies. January, 2012 statistics showed that only 17 passengers flew out of Jonesboro each month. The dramatic growth in passenger numbers, which has steadily risen under Air Choice One’s service, has led government subsidies to drop 77%.

“We’re proud of the partnership we’ve built with the Jonesboro community over the last several years,” said Shane Storz, CEO of Air Choice One. “It is this partnership and the trust we continue to earn that have made this significant progress possible. The community knows they can count on us for reliable, accessible air travel, and that we’ll be there when called to serve on the ground. We look forward to the even more growth and possibilities as we look to the future.”

Air Choice One provides direct flights from Jonesboro to St. Louis Lambert International Airport, a hub from which passengers can fly to other markets served by the airline, or anywhere in the world.

In addition to the trend of growing passenger counts and reducing EAS subsidies, Air Choice One has also earned a proven track record of reliability in Jonesboro. The airline boasts a 98% flight completion record as well as a 95% and above on-time departure rate. Both these figures are considered above industry standards.

AIR CHOICE ONE CONTINUES TO SEE PASSENGER GROWTH IN FORT DODGE, IOWA

St. Louis, MO: August 31, 2018 – Air Choice One, a St. Louis-based regional airline, continues its growth in passenger counts at Fort Dodge Regional Airport with its recent announcement that the carrier has set a monthly record for July, 2018. Airline officials report 1382 total passengers flew out of Fort Dodge in July, which is a 12% increase over the same month in 2017. This represents an average of 24 passengers per day traveling on Air Choice One, a rate which allowed Ft. Dodge to qualify for its DOT waiver for the Essential Air Service program.

“When Air Choice One established service in Fort Dodge in early 2015, we were faced with an average of 8 passengers per day who were choosing air travel and high per passenger subsidies” said Shane Storz, CEO of Air Choice One. “By 2016, we had dramatically increased enplanements and today, we’re pleased to announce that people are flying in and out of Ft. Dodge in record numbers.”

Air Choice One provides flights from Fort Dodge to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport via Mason City and direct flights to St. Louis, and to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The St. Louis, Minneapolis and Chicago hubs allow for connections to virtually anywhere in the world.

“From day one, we’ve focused on partnering with the community, not only giving residents of Fort Dodge convenient access to air travel with reliable, on-time performance, but also providing support on the ground, being present when called upon to serve,” said Storz. “Travelers and community members know they can count on us, and that’s built a relationship of trust that we’re very proud of and will continue to work hard on.”

This announcement on passenger numbers follows on the heels of other recent developments from Air Choice One, including the shift of a weekly flight to St. Louis due to passenger demand. The airline’s on-time and completion rates in Fort Dodge remain high, with on-time departures of 93.5%, higher than the industry average, and completion factor of 98%. Passenger subsidies under the EAS program have also fallen dramatically under Air Choice One’s leadership, a direct result of increasing passenger counts.
